Delivery Policy

After payment confirmation, access to the purchased online course or class will be granted within 24 hours. For scheduled live classes, you will receive an email with booking details and instructions.

 

Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of a product or service within seven days of receiving it or signing the contract, whichever occurs later. This applies to purchases made outside of a physical commercial establishment, especially online transactions. To exercise this right:

  • Deadline: The withdrawal request must be made within seven days from the date of access to the course or class.

  • Procedure: Contact us at nativaingleschool@gmail.com to start the cancellation process.

  • Refund: Upon cancellation, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. The refund will be processed within 10 business days of the request.

  • Revocation of Access: Access to the online course or class will be revoked once the refund has been processed.

Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, exchanges are generally not applicable. However, if you have purchased the wrong course or class by mistake, please contact us at nativoingleschool@gmail.com within 3 days of purchase. We will review your request and seek an appropriate solution.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Scheduled Live Classes

  • Cancellation by the Customer: Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or request a refund.

  • Late Cancellation or No Show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or absence from class will not be refunded.

Course Content

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course, please contact us at nativoingleschool@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue or offer a refund if the issue cannot be corrected.
